# AgenticRadar AI

> AgenticRadar AI is a Shopify app by Radrly that optimises and monitors a Shopify store for AI shopping agents: Shopify Catalog, UCP and AI answers. It audits the product data AI channels read, checks the store's native UCP profile and catalog MCP, adds structured data and shows whether the store is ready.

Shopify already serves /agents.md, /llms.txt, a UCP profile at /.well-known/ucp and a catalog MCP at /api/ucp/mcp, and sends eligible products through Shopify Catalog to AI channels. AgenticRadar makes the data behind those endpoints richer and proves the result.

## What it does

- AI channel score per product (0 to 100, ready at 80+): GTIN and brand (25), taxonomy and options (20), images and alt text (20), description and price (25), shipping and returns (10).
- Store summary on the dashboard: average AI channel score, products ready, and whether shipping, returns and policies are published.
- Native UCP checker: fetches /.well-known/ucp and the catalog MCP at /api/ucp/mcp (search_catalog, lookup_catalog, get_product), lists failed checks and the fix for each.
- Merchant-tuned agents.md and llms.txt as theme templates on the store's own domain. Writing to the live theme uses the optional read_themes and write_themes scopes, requested only when the merchant publishes. Restore Shopify default puts the previous files back.
- Structured data theme app embed: Product, Offer (with shipping and return policy), Organization and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD, skipping a type the theme already outputs.
- One-click and bulk AI fixes for description, tags, product type, brand and image alt text. Barcodes and taxonomy stay merchant-entered.
- AI Visibility: track shopper prompts and see whether OpenAI models mention the store. Gemini and Perplexity engines are built in but not enabled yet.
