Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Welcome to AgenticRadar AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgenticRadar AI Shopify application and its related services (the "Service") provided by Radrly sp. z o.o., ul. Tarczyńska 68, Krakowiany, 05-831 Młochów, Poland (KRS 0001215510, NIP 5342706013, REGON 543658680) ("Radrly", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business that operates your Shopify store. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. Service Description
AgenticRadar AI is a Shopify application ("App") that helps make your store readable and usable by AI agents. Depending on the features you use, the Service provides:
- UCP Manifest: a public machine-readable description of your store's AI capabilities.
- MCP Server (Model Context Protocol): standardised tools that AI agents you authorise with an MCP token can call in real time, for example to look up products, stock, shipping estimates and store policies, and, where the tools are used, order, customer and loyalty information.
- llms.txt and agent documentation: AI-readable files about your store and catalogue, which you can publish to your theme.
- Content Audit: scores each product for AI readability (the FFP score) and suggests fixes, which are applied only when you choose to apply them.
- Agent Interaction Log: records each MCP tool call for 90 days so you can review and export AI agent activity.
- AI Visibility: checks how AI engines answer prompts you define and whether your store is mentioned.
- Reports and AgenticScore: a score from 0 to 100 and a dashboard showing how ready your store is for AI agents.
Features and pricing, if any, are shown on the App's Shopify App Store listing. Charges, if any, are billed through Shopify.
2.1 AI-assisted features and third-party agent access
By enabling these features, you acknowledge that:
- AI agents that you give an MCP token can call MCP tools against your store's live data, including tools that return personal data of your customers. You decide which agents receive a token and you can revoke a token at any time.
- The App records each tool call (including request parameters and responses) in the Agent Interaction Log and deletes these records automatically after 90 days.
- Content Audit suggestions, the AI assistant and AI Visibility checks use third-party AI models (currently OpenAI). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Changes to your products or theme are made only when you apply a suggested fix or publish or restore agent documentation.
Scores, audit results, AI-generated content and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them and for ensuring that your store and its use of AI agents comply with the laws that apply to you.
3. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. Where we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms.
4. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your Shopify store and business to these Terms. You must keep a valid Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms and policies when using the Service.
5. Account Responsibility
Access to the Service is managed through your Shopify account. You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and of the MCP tokens you create, and for activity under them. Please tell us promptly at hello@agenticradar.io if you suspect unauthorised use, and revoke any affected MCP token in the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to Radrly or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business while these Terms are in effect. Your store data and content remain yours. You may not:
- copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service, except as allowed by law;
- reverse-engineer or decompile the software, except as allowed by law;
- remove or alter proprietary notices; or
- use the Service to build a competing service.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other merchants' data;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or circumvent its security features;
- upload or transmit malicious code;
- use the Service to sell illegal goods or services; or
- misrepresent your identity or harass Radrly staff.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this section.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it is error-free or uninterrupted;
- Radrly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption; and
- Radrly's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. When you do:
- the App immediately loses access to your store, because we delete your Shopify access tokens;
- we delete the data we hold for your store when Shopify sends us its shop redaction request, as described in the Privacy Policy; and
- you remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and inform you of material changes by email or in the App before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The courts competent for Radrly's registered office have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.
